Position Title: Field Consultant
About the Company: One of the rapidly growing quick service restaurants (QSRs) serving fresh and healthy produce, and expanding through a franchise business model. 


  • Provide specific knowledge and expertise in the development of a specific area of the territory and the assigned franchisees within that territory and the overall territory. 
  • Provide customized business direction in order to assist franchise owners in maximizing profitability. 
  • Utilizing Company’s operating systems and support programs, communicate the performance level of the territory, locations and franchisees within their assigned area in comparison to Company standards and goals. 
  • Implement business growth with the assistance of TM or supervisor by identifying potential locations, provide direction in completion of floor plans, ordering of equipment, and directing restaurant opening activities. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coach and counsel franchisees to reach individual franchisee, and territory goals. 

    • Train franchisees, managers, and store employees with regard to Company goals and initiatives. 
    • Provide guidance to franchisees to grow their business. 
    • Develop productive working relationships with franchisees, landlords, territory staff and HQ employees. 
    • Build Territory Relations by visiting all assigned restaurants/owners at minimum twice per month(more often as needed), communicating with franchisees via voicemail, e-mail, territory meetings, individual franchise meetings and written communications.
    • Assist Territory Manager and staff, as needed.

  • Support franchisees’ expansion plans.

    • Interviewing franchisees for eligibility, handling disclosure documents.
    • Analyze, plan and implement site development.
    • Process required approval documents.
    • Conduct Site reviews on an as needed basis
    • Assist franchisees in design and construction phase of development.
    • Complete all required documents to receive completed floor plans and order equipment for all new locations.
    • Work with franchisees to ensure their understanding and approval in the process.

  • Provide direction and proficiency to franchisees and staff with regard to new Location Openings & Training.

    • Assist with the opening of all new locations as outlined by the Company.
    • Complete an opening Evaluation, opening photographs, and opening hours log and submit as required.
    • Determine the readiness of the location to open based on their assessment of the operation. 

  • Impart Operational and Compliance guidance and education during Restaurant Visits.

    • Consistently evaluate restaurants using the Restaurant Evaluation and compliance review on a monthly basis.
    • Document adherence to Company compliance standards, improvements made, areas of opportunity and direction on how to improve
    • Evaluate how the restaurant is performing compared to company policies and procedures, analyze sales and cost data and provide specific customized direction to improve in these areas.

  • Self-Training

    • Applies designated training programs to develop new skills
    • Participates in all scheduled training classes, including on-line training, be  available to travel on an occasional basis to training sessions in Milford, field meetings, conventions, and staff meetings

 Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and industry related experience.
  • Good driving record; Willingness to travel if/when necessary

Additional Notes:

  • Reporting directly to a Territory Manager based in Philippines
  • Working directly with the principals in Singapore
  • Area to cover: Metro Manila
  • Work from home set-up, due to nature of work – field work (tools of trade to be provided)
